Co-founded by Thomas Crawford and Steev Esquivel, Darkstream combines Thomas’s 20+ years as a musician with 17 years of management experience in the tech industry, and Steev’s decades on the front lines of heavy music as a touring musician, vocalist, and industry veteran.

Thomas brings over 20 years of experience as a musician and 17 years of leadership in the tech industry to Darkstream. That combination of creative intuition and operational discipline is the backbone of how Darkstream is built and run. Thomas oversees the company’s strategic direction, business operations, and artist development framework, ensuring every artist on the roster has a clear path forward.
Steev Esquivel
Co-Founder & Manager
Steev is a seasoned figure in the heavy music world, with decades of experience as a touring musician, vocalist, and collaborator across the metal and rock landscape. He brings an established network, hands-on relationships with artists, and an earned reputation in the industry that gives Darkstream immediate credibility and reach. Steev’s role is rooted in artist advocacy, relationship building, and leveraging his industry connections to open doors for the bands we represent.
